Net 7 7 days after the invoice date
Net 15 15 days after the invoice date
Net 30 30 days after the invoice date
Net 60 60 days after the invoice date

How the date is calculated

The calculator adds the number of days in your terms to the invoice date, counting calendar days. With Move to Monday selected, a due date that falls on a Saturday or Sunday moves to the following Monday. Public holidays are not adjusted.

Example

An invoice dated 3 September with Net 30 terms is due on 3 October. If 3 October is a Saturday and you move weekend dates, the due date becomes Monday, 5 October.

Setting terms on your invoice

In the invoice generator, type payment terms such as “Net 30” and the due date is filled in automatically.

Frequently asked questions

What does Net 30 mean?

Net 30 means the full amount is due 30 calendar days after the invoice date. An invoice dated 1 March with Net 30 terms is due on 31 March.

Do weekends count in Net 30?

Yes. Net terms count calendar days, including weekends and holidays. If the due date lands on a weekend, many businesses treat the next business day as the deadline.

Normally on the invoice date. Some contracts start it on the date the invoice is received or the goods are delivered, so check the terms you agreed.
