Invoice Generator Tool is a free, fast way to make a professional invoice. Open the page, fill in your details, and download a PDF. There is no account to create, no trial that runs out and no watermark on your invoices.

Why it exists

Most “free” invoice makers ask for your email before you can download anything, or they store your clients and prices on their servers. Freelancers and small businesses who send a handful of invoices a month rarely need that. They need a clean invoice, quickly, and a simple way to find it again later.

How your data is handled

Everything you type, including your business details, client list, logo and invoice history, is saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. None of it is sent to us. The PDF is created in your browser too. You can download a backup file at any time from the sidebar, and restore it on another device.
